Mortgages for Standard Buy to Let properties:

Covering the vast majority of properties including single occupancy homes, this range of mortgages allows you to structure your mortgage to your needs on either a 2 or 5 year fixed rate deal. With a maximum loan value of £2m with a 25% deposit and £500,000 with a 15% deposit, our standard Buy to Let range also offers you fee options, including a No Fee choice. 


 

Mortgages for Properties a little out of the ordinary:

To increase the property options open to you for rental, we’ve created a mortgage range for those properties that are a little out of the ordinary from fully repaired Pre-fabricated reinforced concrete to those made out of Cob!  Available with a minimum deposit of 25% of the house value with either 2 or 5 year fixed rate deals to a max loan value of £500,000. They also come with different fee options, including a No Fee choice. 


 

All of our Buy to Let mortgages require a minimum loan amount of £25,001 and minimum property value of £75,000.
