I’ve progressed from Agent to Team Manager and now manage a team within Customer Services. We handle any requests or queries our customers may have on their mortgage accounts. Each day, I get to work with and help a broad range of customers and colleagues. No two days are the same which enables me to learn new skills to develop myself and my team.
