At Kensington we are committed to supporting all of our employees in continually developing their skills, knowledge and experience, ensuring that our people have the access they need to top quality learning and development opportunities from the day they join. This ranges from providing great internal programmes, such as our dedicated new joiner training programmes endorsed by the Institute of Customer Services, to supporting the attainment of professional qualifications and accreditation.
We recognise the difference it makes to our business when people challenge themselves and take advantage of the development opportunities available and so we encourage and support their efforts however we can.
We value our people because of what they offer and contribute. We aim to attract the best and use people’s talents effectively whilst recognising, understanding and valuing the differences that exist between us all.
We recruit individuals based on their experience and ability, ensuring that our criteria for both recruitment and promotion is fair and transparent.
We are an equal opportunities employer, meaning that we treat everyone fairly, starting from the recruitment stage and continuing throughout your career with us.
Our Head Office is at Ascot House in Maidenhead Office Park. We moved into this newly designed facility in January 2016 and since then employees have been enjoying the bright open work and social spaces.
Our central London office, based at Tower Hill, reflects the same bright and open design feel as Ascot House. Being so centrally located our employees benefit from exceptional transport links as well as great access to the cafes, restaurants and bars that characterize The City.
