Residential Product Update
Please note that from close of business on Thursday 6th August, we will be increasing our Residential rates.
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
- Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm Thursday 6th August.
- Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Saturday 8th August.
New lower minimum property value on BTL
We've reduced our minimum property valuation across all BTL to £75,000. This includes Core, Prime, HMO/MUB and Limited Company.
