I've been working at Kensington since May 2022, joining the
company to expand my experience, which had been mainly
pre-offer. Now in completions, I’m responsible for mortgage cases
from offer stage to funds release.
In this role I communicate with brokers, solicitors and applicants
directly, aiming for the best outcome for all parties. We process all
documents required on the mortgage offer and certificate of title,
processing cases to the very end, with the customer’s mortgage
loan secured.
