Consumer Duty

The Financial Conduct Authority’s Consumer Duty rules require all firms to ensure their products provide fair value to retail customers. We have worked with UK Finance, the Building Societies Association, the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries, and the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association to produce a Broker Information Sheet to provide you with a summary of the results from our latest mortgage fair value assessments.

Broker Information Sheets

We complete a fair value assessment of our mortgage products, at least, annually. We then update our Broker Information Sheets and make them available to you, so that you can meet your obligations under the Consumer Duty. Here are our latest Broker Information Sheets, updated May 2025:
