Filter below ‘Document Type = Solicitor Packs’ and then use the ‘Region’ filter for your jurisdiction.

The Occupiers Deed of Consent form is within the ‘Consumer’ Mortgage Packs on page 6 (England and Wales) or page 7 (Northern Ireland).

The Independent Legal Advice certificate is on page 14 of the ‘Consumer’ Mortgage Pack (England and Wales).
