As of the close of business on Monday 18th May, we will be making changes across our Buy to Let rates.
Buy to Let rate updates
- 0.20% increase across all BTL fixed rates, including HMO/MUB and Limited Company.
Please note, to secure one of these products you must have confirmed all DIP data is correct on the first page of the Full Mortgage Application and have commenced to the next page. If this has not been done, then you will not have secured the product.
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
- Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm Monday 18th May.
- Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Wednesday 20th May.
Free valuations across all products (including residential products) still applies.
Please help us keep your details up to date. Once you log in, please check your profile is correctly showing your details including contact telephone numbers so our underwriting team are able to call you to discuss your customer’s application.
Now you can transfer your client on to a new Kensington fixed rate using our Product Tranfer Portal. Keep an eye on your inbox as we'll send you an email when your client's transfer window is open, along with details on how to login to the portal.

- You’ll be sent an email with a unique code. If you haven't received an email check your spam or junk folder

- You will be asked to enter certain digits of your memorable word (these are case sensitive). Your memorable word has been set as your mother's maiden name
- Choose your new password. Remember, it must:
- Be between 8 and 20 characters
- Contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character
- It cannot include spaces or your username
