Registering for access to our broker portal is easy and as soon as you're registered, you'll be able to start placing your new business with us.

Register as a mortgage adviser

Our standard mortgage adviser access enables you to submit new business.

Register as an administrator

Our administrator access enables you to submit documents and manage pre-existing cases on behalf of a mortgage adviser.

    Why register for an account?

    Once registered, you can quickly get an indication of how much we’re willing to lend by submitting a Decision in Principle.

    If you need help

    If you’re having problems registering for our portal, just call our team on 0800 111 020, and choose option 1. We're available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

    Once you've registered

    We’ll send you an email with an activation code. Use this code to finish your online setup. After you’ve registered, our registration team will review your application. Please note: it can take up to 72 hours for your account to be fully set up.


    1. Go to the portal forgotten password page
    2. Enter your email address
    3. Select 'request reset code'
    4. You’ll be sent an email with a unique code. If you haven't received an email check your spam or junk folder
    5. Select 'enter reset code'
    6. You will be asked to enter certain digits of your memorable word (these are case sensitive). Your memorable word has been set as your mother's maiden name
    7. Choose your new password. Remember, it must:
      • Be between 8 and 20 characters
      • Contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character
      • It cannot include spaces or your username
      • Valid special characters are $@!%*?&

  • Yes. You’ll need to re-register for online access to our portal if your FCA number has changed so that you can continue to submit your cases. For example, this could include if you’ve moved company.

  • No. You do not need to re-register for online access to our portal if your email address has changed. Use the same username that you use to log in as usual.
