Right first time tips:
1. Limited company directors (max. 4) must own 100% combined shareholding.
2. Limited company – check the correct SIC codes apply. We do confirm with Companies House.
3. All BTL properties must be readily lettable.
4. When keying the application, on the Property Portfolio
page, be sure to exclude the figures which relate to the
subject property. These will be captured separately in the
application process. Double counted figures will impact
the accuracy of the affordability assessment.
5. Where ASTs are required as part of the assessment, do
not supply them for the Security as we will rely on our
Valuation. ASTs are required for other properties held
within the portfolio.
